MRCE Vectron 193 X4E-635 was hauling a block train of Eas open box wagons when recorded approaching Velk Osek in September 2023. Details for the working were kindly confirmed later as train 48342/54068 a D Cargo/ ITL move from Brno-Malomice, via a change of traction at Kutn Hora hl.n., to Pirna Gbf, Saxony in Germany. The train would then continue as 49398 ITL/RFO Rail Force One from Pirna Gbf to Amsterdam Westhaven Goederen.
