When recorded in September 2023, passing Zmrsk, Siemens MS Vectron 193 571 was the eighth such locomotive to be leased by esk Drhy from Rolling Stock Lease RSL at that time, with a further four units to be delivered by the end of that year. These Vectrons were to be found working on the D Zpadn, Krunohor and Slovck Express circuits.
